Marvelous Multiples

As any parent of multiples will tell you, you have begun a journey unlike any other!  This three-session class was specifically designed to meet the needs of parents expecting multiples.  Topics covered in this three-session class include nutrition, weight gain, discomforts, limitations, signs of pre-term labor, labor delivery and life at home with multiple newborns.

Fee: $30 per family

Pregnancy Support Connection Childbirth and Infant Prep Classes

Childbirth Education  Classes for Spanish-Speaking Women

Baby Care 101 for Grandparents

A one night refresher session for grandparents on current birthing and infant care trends.  What's new and different since your children were born?  Topics to be discussed include role of grandparent, first weeks at home with infant, signs and symptoms of postpartum depression, newborn care, SIDS prevention, illness, crying, feeding and safety.  Also includes a tour of the Birthing Center.
