Supervised Childcare

Hours of operation: 

1. Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Fees:           

1. The fee for service is $2.00 per hour
2. Two or more children is $3.00 per hour

Schedules: 

1. You are required to contact the childcare center (262-373-2660) to schedule an appointment. 
2. Please schedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 
3. Please notify the childcare center 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. 
4. There is a 2.5 hour time limit maximum per visit.

Arrival:

1. Upon arrival you will be required to sign your child in. 
2. You will be assigned a pager in the event we should need to reach you. 
3. You must remain on the premises during all times that your child is in the childcare center.
4. Diaper service is not provided.  Parents will be notified if a diaper needs to be changed.

Departure: 

1. Only authorized persons can pick up a child. 
2. You will be required to sign your child out and return the pager. 
3. There will be a $25.00 fee for any pager that is returned broken or lost.

Illness: 

1. Your child may not attend if ill. 
2. If your child becomes ill while in our care, you will be immediately notified and your child will need to be removed from the center. 
3. In the event of a serious emergency, 911 will be called immediately.

Ages:  6 months to 10 years of age
